There is a "Guide to the Holds for the Imperial Soldier". It is pretty short.

Yes, that would be awesome since things have changed quite a bit in 200 years after Oblivion. I still have the original first Pocket Guide from TESA: Redguard and the last one from the Oblivion CE. I always love the lore, especially regarding the Dwemer (Thank god the Dwemer ruins and items are back).
