It's a good place to come get your armor fixed though, since there are plenty of tools...

Be careful though, the game you are playing only has one setting: hardcoe mode, and respawning is disabled...

Game practically pushes you toward 100 points in Smithing and option to forge your own Dragon scale armor. Accept no substitute - you have to wear a trademark armor, something unique to differentiate yourself from NPC bigots in Skyrim.
