i wanted to start a new game to play the DLCs but i read that some quests can be hopelessly bugged if you start them right now. is there a list of them somewhere so i can avoid doing them until the patch comes out?

There are no quests to avoid. Obsidian and Bethesda have confirmed the newest patch will allow you to forcibly remove companions so if you are already experiencing the bug you can fix it without making a new character.

Not true, Raul's quest is still buged. I can't talk to the ranger guy.

I never said all the quests worked, I said there's no quests you need to avoid to prevent you form entering the dlc. Also the Raul bugged got fixed two patches ago. That bug requires you to start a new guy however. The new patch doesn't though.
