Is there a mod that smoothes out water 'edges'?

see http://i.imgur.com/lVDD7.jpg this pic to see what I'm talking about

What I mean is a mod that makes the transition between the water mesh and the land appear more "gradual" than this eyesore. basically upgrading it to look like modded Morrowind water (lol can't believe I'm saying that) :

http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=13268 tried to make shorelines a little more transparent during clear weather: http://static.skyrim.nexusmods.com/downloads/images/13268-2-1332504541.jpg

It doesn't solve the issue everywhere under all weather conditions but it's one of the best looking water mods either way. I'm using the medium res version (high res gives me too much of a performance hit while not being a significant enough improvement over medium for me) and it's great.

WATER definitely looks the best but unfortunately It was quite unstable for me when I tried it ..I hoped to find a "lite" alternative for it that doesn't change outdoor cells to avoid ctd's but couldn't find something to compare

You'd probably need a program like Morrowind Graphics Extender to do it.

Try Pure Waters at http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=1111 It seems to have dropped off the radar at the moment since everyone's going for WATER, which is a shame since it's a good mod.
WATER seemed to have stability issues for people, and I wasn't sure my medium-end rig could handle it, so I went with the linked mod. Water has a lot more variety and the edges look MUCH better during the day. For some reason the jagged shorelines of the sea can still be noticeable at night, but I'm not sure that's the mods fault.
Can't say I've taken any real performance hit from it either.
