I've admittedly been out of the modding loop for what feels like forever due to RL stuff and me being a generally lazy bum. However, as I just got Dawnguard last night, I'm looking forward to finally getting back into Skyrim again. But before I do that...I would really like to know if there's a mod(s) out there that stops the random vampire attacks from slaughtering all the NPCs. I've already gotten the Unofficial Dawnguard Patch but I understand that's not one of the "fixes" included in it.

That does look like a great mod, though I feel like I might get more use out of it if my character were taking the vampire path. She's more the Dawnguard type, but I'll keep it in mind for the next character.
