15 November 2013, we will be blessed with the arrival a new gaming console. I can hardly wait to get mine...in about 6 months after launch. Still, very exciting news. Ahhh, damn that thing looks sharp in that picture, going to look beautiful inside my cooling cabinet that I just built (currently houses my fat ps3).

Can't wait. Didn't I also hear that the Xbox was also delayed in NA? Sony launch date was about the same as the Xbox was rumored to be released.

I heard there would be a delay in release, but I did not hear anything about what regions. I assumed NA would be unaffected since that is where Xbox has their biggest audience and outnumber Sony, everywhere else they are outnumbered. Wouldn't make sense to delay in the market you're strongest in.

Where did you hear that? It's been expected to release in November 2013 as far as I can tell for NA.

I have a strong feeling the PS4 will win most of the sales outside the US and UK.

People, in general, are impatient and won't want to wait while their friends are playing the next gen. Especially when the PS4 looks as attractive as it does and the Xbox One has people wary. Especially since it has caused many people to have misconceptions that it still has always online DRM, will be region locked, not have used games and a mandatory kinect. Not everyone looks passed E3.

Not good imo. I don't want Sony to control this gen. Hopefully I am wrong.

Time to build some bunkers for the next gen console wars on the internet. And see which console becomes the thing people do dangerous stunts for radio contests over.

I'm probably not going to get any new consoles until I know which ones have the games I like. Worked well for when I got a 3DS. Worked well for when I got a PS3 years after it came out.
