As is well known by now, wearing the thieves guild hood once you've become a vampire makes the graphics bug, and mess up several textures.
Is there a fix for this?

Also, does the bug also affect the Nightingale Hood?

GStaff spoke on this issue. They know of the bug, and for now to wear a different hood.

It doesn't effect the Nightingale hood.

Yeah Psilent is correct , Nightingale hood does not get affected , what ive read if u wear the thieves guild hood while a vampire cus of the bug u can wear another hood at the same time thus get two stats eg:Wear thieves guild hood get 10% better prices then wear the shrouded hood you get 25% towards sneak and u get the armor rating of the thieves guild hood , how to make a bug better

Well for some players like myself, it's the look of the Guild Hood that makes the difference. If I wanted those boosts I'd just do that in the first place.

This should have been fixed for the release of dawnguard......I mean its a dlc about vampires and this is a well known bug.
