I have noticed that there is a bust for some sort of head dress behind the Master's desk. Is that for the Grey Fox's mask? If so, when do you receive this quest?

The Grey Fox is, itself, a bust. You cannot receive the mask itself. But a statuette to turn into Delvin for profit.

Makes you wonder where the Cowl ended up, huh? It's passed on to the Hero of Kvatch in Oblivion, but it seems to have fallen out of existence in Skyrim. I remember one of the members of the Thieves Guild remarking that I'm 'no Grey Fox', but where's the dastardly fellow himself?
