I'm wondering if it's possible to create a 'cloak effect' on campfires that can detect when objects are on them and start burning them (a burn shader). Somethings like firewood and paper can burn and turn to ash etc. Some raw meats if thrown directly on the fires would cook and blacken and char.
For the bodies I was thinking this could be an in-game way to get rid of extra items. Since if I just chuck them out in the game world, apparently they are never cleaned up unless I stuff them into a body and they get wiped from the cell later.
