In my opinion, I think that Skyrim lacks warmer clothes.

It is not a very big deal, but it is cold in Skyrim, especially Eastmarch.
Don't misunderstand me, tavern clothes look great on women. But I think that you would freeze to death easilly.
So I don't think that we should remove these clothes, but simply add more warmer based clothes. Such as fur coats, both thick and thinner ones.

Yes, you can use mods such as Winter Is Coming, but only PC players can.
So I would appreciate if console players could have more of the clothes to.
We already got some warmer clothes, I know, but only the fine clothes and the fur trimmed cloak.
And if you want to have the fur trimmed cloak you would have to kill Ulfric or that other lady.

Ofcourse, I understand that there are many bugs which should be fixed first. (Especially ps3 seems in big trouble now, though I haven't had much problems myself.)

I do not want to complain or anything, Skyrim is amazing. But this would be a nice feature.

Nords have a natural resistance to the cold, which explains why there is so much flesh on display, but you'd of thought the Dunmer that fled Morrowind would have imported warm clothing by now.

Mind you, there could be something special about the fabric that keeps them warmer than the material would suggest. It is completely water, fire and shock resistant. It doesn't matter if I set fire or even disintegrate the wearer, the clothing always survives!

Well, yeah.
But when I think about such a cold place. I'd still expect fur clothes etc. It fits well with the atmosphere and gives the game more debt in my opinion.

More coats and cloaks would be nice. For a cold, northern place, Skyrim unusually lacks them.
Not everyone has inborn resistance or a spell to keep them warm.

I was really hoping for a hardcoe mode that would require you to dress for the climate. Ah well,

My female character would look nice in a thick fur coat.
A black one maybe. :)
