Is this a balanced Character?

Im on my first playthrough, but I dont want to have this jack of all trades guy, so if you could let me know how "Fair" my build is.

S - 6
P - 7 (Its at 8 now because of my hat lol)
E - 9
C - 2
I - 6 (Now at 7, regretably chose "Intense Training," like a noob lol.)
A - 10
L - 1

Traits - "Small Frame" and "Wild Wasteland"

Im focusing on Sneak, Guns, Medicine, Survival, and Lockpick...Might do Energy weapons, or unarmed after but who knows haha.

I have boone as a follower. Ed-E died on me...Deathclaw...dont wanna talk about it :(
Any advice on better followers, should I not have boone? I just dont want training wheels on. If you catch my drift.

Any advice is welcome, thanks! :fallout:

I found that Barter or Speech is fairly important for a lot of quests so the 2 in Charisma may hurt. If you just want to go around exploring and blasting things though, with mostly just the main quest, then it seems fair enough. Personally I'd take Unarmed over Energy weapons as there are some devastating Unarmed weapons out there where as the Energy weapons are pretty meh. Oh luck is used for gambling and getting crits so that may hurt a bit at that level too.

I would take Science over Survival unless you're playing hardcoe and raise your Charisma and get some Speech points. In FO3, speech checks were done as percentages. In this one, they use an absolurte value, as in you need a 50 to pass a Speech 50 challenge. Keep that in mind if you decide to ignore it.

well i would say always put at least 3 points into int so you get the high skill points EVERY level, you can also go to NV and get implants that raise all your SPECIAL stats by one the amount of endurance you have is = to how many implants you can get

intense training is actually i think a good pick for a perk in the begginig because there are really not that many good perks at lvl 1-6

luck is something you kinda want to stay at around 4 or so , criticals do a lot of damage and good luck will actually make enemys trip and drop guns more often
