Hi, I pretty much have the same configuration and the same is super slow...I have an XPS Dell computer and I can run Deusix Revolution at a very good framerate. I looked in the configuration and it seems like the game does not take in consideration my GFX card but the basic card use for windows. That svcks.

From what i have seen, this game seems to be heavy on the CPU and light on the GPU... i have a GTX 580 1.5gb... at most, i get 30% usage on the GPU, and the card memory is only 600MB full, very low. i get 50-90% on the CPUs, which varies alot.

Framerates vary, something causes FPS lag when looking very far off, but my GPU activity actualy LOWERS when this happens...

Just bad optimization :-\

These are my specs:
Intel Core i3 390M 2.667 GHz CPU
NVIDIA GeForce GT 540M GPU
4096MB RAM
Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit

Do you guys have excruciating slow fps aswell?

well different glitches had happened of computers with various specs, so it's an optimization problem from the game, guess we have to wait for a comprehensive update.

My game has BSoD CTD freezes yellow textures and UI problems (not being able to set my right hand from the favorites and to rotate items) I played a couple of missions saving every 30 seconds, very frustrating but I still enjoyed it. now I am waiting rather impatiently for a good update to fix most of these problems

It's the game. The textures blow, the engine is poorly optimized, shadows are jaggy as hell, poor frame rates on top end systems, and plenty of bugs like crashing, no texture trees, monsters floating 100 feet in the air, objects getting stuck in tables, people getting stuck in chairs/doors, AI that can 'see' you steal through solid rock and doors/floors, etc. etc.

This game is very heavily dependent on CPU speed.

Hello,
I picked up Skyrim today and for some reason it seems to run like i'm running it on an older machine
I'm running a HP pentium slimline s5510y with an nVidia GeForce 6150SE nForce 430 graphics card
and the game seems to run choppy, is there any fixes for this, or will i have to wait for a patch?

What I did which seemed to help was turn everything to high except shadows. Put those on medium. Should run better.

You increased the settings and it got faster and smoother?
