Well, this is my first post here so be gentle. Please

After playing FO3 and FO:NV into the ground, I finally got around to picking up a copy of Skyrim (a little behind the times, I know). Started doing my research and I'm a little curious as to whether I would be able to reach the armor cap while wearing Dawnguard Armor.

For me, there's a certain zen when it comes to grinding so I don't mind putting in the time to level my Smithing, which I assume I'd have to. But would this require maxing out Enchanting and Alchemy too?

Is there a way to reach the armor cap in Dawnguard Armor with minimal perks?

Sorry for such a broad question but I'm decidedly not a numbers guy and would rather not spend my already limited play-time doing trial and error testing. I'm hoping someone else has already figured this out and wouldn't mind sharing .
