So, I have about 11 hours of gameplay on this game (I know, prettty sad). I restarted characters at about the 6 hour mark. Anyways, I still have not fought a dragon. I have 2 dragon shouts. But I am unable to use them. Is this strange?

You probably have to finish the bleak falls barrow chain and go to the "west watchtower".

What platform are you playing on? I know it took me a while to figure out how to use shouts on the Xbox 360. I had to go into the Menu, Magic, Shouts, Equipped a Shout (I also favorite them so they're easier to switch through) then I hit a bunch of random buttons until I figured out which one worked. For me it's the right bumper.

God I wish I was playing it on the 360. But I have it for the PS3. I know how to use the Dragon Shouts. I just don't have any Dragon Souls yet do to the fact that I have not yet fought a dragon.

Ohhh okay, well then, yeah, all you have to do is kill the dragon that attacks the west watch tower in Whiterun.
