This is not a Hearthfire Thread - I hate Bleak Falls Barrow

Post » Wed Aug 29, 2012 5:26 pm

Yup, hate it. Well, I hate that one spike wall trap. I have recently decided to use companions, never did before. Every single time I go through that one spot. I lose a companion. I hate that thing. And honestly, hate my weak little companions that can't stand up to a huge freakin' spike wall that swings like a flyswatter at them. :P Of course, I could do things to get around it.. reload and such. But I figure.. if they die.. they die.

Maybe I'll make a mod, it'll be a signing post. The names of each companion that gets killed there has their name put on it. :P

How many times do you go through the trap? Isn't there an alternate path around the trap?
But the signing post idea would be cool. If someone died, you could make a grave for them and write on their gravestone, etc.

I've gone through it a bunch, only been through with I think three companions though. Only one has survived the trip. Honestly, I'm not sure if there is an alternate route. But, it is partly entertaining to watch though. :D

You were here for the start of it this morning. You know just as well as I that it was necessary.

It actually makes me feel good to see the list and see one that clearly states it is NOT about hearthfire.

I swear this is my last question.

9:51am is morning, in most cultures anyways. Plus that wasn't the first of it so... Yup, morning.

Okay, then for you it hasn't been since this morning. It's been since yesterday which is even worse. :P

On topic. I still hate that flyswatter trap.

I just have my companion wait for me outside while I sprint through it. It is a good way to build some quick xp but it does get boring doing it for the hundredth time.
