ok, i have read stuff on the blog by people saying stuff such as "every one should throw out their crysis 2" well i'm here to tell YOU crytek, do not be discouraged, this game destroys just about every other fps in the world, including but not limited to, cod, which svcks, mag which i was obbsessed with, bc2 which is hard to say for me, and many many others. why? because you dared to do the unthinkable, to do what other game companies dare not to even think of. give us choice. we can chose if we want to have tank armour in the heat of a fire fight, or if we want to be safe and sneak around in stealth. it was wonderfull

not only did you nail multiplayer, but you nailed single player, you made a set path game (not open world) feel like an open world game, not many people do that.

all this means that this game is a very tough act to follow, and the people who hate it, just dont get the concept of it, all they see is invisable campers, or like 10 guns, but what i see, is truly unique game. so kudos to you Crytek, and may your good fortune continue.

The huge problem with this game is the framerate, i've got around 20-25 fps and maby 16 when in cloak mode

i'm techy, but i'm not sure about frame rate, if by that you mean how smooth it is, i find it's very smooth compaired to lets say infamous, or other big games, and how is it that one thing such as frame rate will make houndreds hate this game?

Agreed. I can not describe how much I love this game. It's the best PS3 game I have and probably the best FPS I've played in years. It beats the hell out of CoD. It has a better story, it's longer, it looks fantastic. It's original, because you've got an amazing gameplay component, which is off course the NanoSuit, which give you options. I won't talk about CoD anymore, but I'm sure you can all name CoD's flaws (there's a lot of them ). People complaining about the way it looks, the framerate, textures, whatever. I had zero issues with this game, I just played it and didn't notice anything annoying. It's just so great and it should set a new level for other FPS games, nothing comes close to this game.

agreed. 90 percent of posters here have serious issues.

Absolutely agree with all the positive comments about Crysis 2. An intelligent and addicting mp imo, can not stop playing it. Hope for more fixes to improve framerate and clear some bugs. Overall my favorite fps next to KZ3 and BFBC2. Peace

I think one of the best things about this game is that the campaign mode actually has replay value. A huge thanks to Crytek for giving us a sandbox-like approach to every mission. The fact that we can freely switch guns, customize them in realtime, and customize our suits in realtime gives us a new experience with each playthrough. I think I'm on my 4th playthrough on Supersoldier lol. Multiplayer is pretty dynamic with suit changes and whatnot, but it had a very obvious Call of Duty feel (control scheme) to it with a bit of Halo: Reach mixed in (camouflage, holograms, super jumps, etc.).

this game kind of break out of normal classic "human vs human" mode like cod etc. the unique part is you get to use nanosuit vs nanosuit unlike cod where you can only use normal humans vs normal humans, got to admit crysis 2 is really unique . Great game by crytek

The MP is amazing. Lag & framerate is making it harder to enjoy, though. It's really hard to hit people when they can move large distances while blinking in and out

look, nobody says that this game is bad ( as a game ) BUT this game has like,,, 900874492666 bugs! well without those bugs, its the best game eva!

but i cant ignore mw2 cuz its epic but i can say that im having the same amount of fun in both games ( only when i have 4 bars in c2 [that happened twice only from the day i bought the game])

This. I really can't praise Crytek enough for releasing an FPS where the campaign isn't just a tacked-on excuse for the multiplayer. I very rarely play online MP, so I basically don't buy shooters anymore, and this game has reminded me why I actually used to like them. The fact that the levels aren't all boring, linear corridors is a big factor too, obviously. This is one of the games that break every genre convention and end up succeeding because they do. It's farkin' awesome.

i want more for this game....... maps,extra xp,guns etc i love this game i just hope they keep bringing more multifun and keep it alive and we the gamers love crytek!!

Crysis 2 is one of the FPS games that make me attached to it on console. Great game keep it up !!

I love this game so much and I've been playing COD for years.
Altough I dont play it anymore, I got all my skill from COD so thanks anyways lol.

but i have to say its 1 of the few games i want to tackle on its hardest difficulty im 17/19 supersolder atm and lovin it
