hi,

i play at fallout NV on ps3 and the patch 1.02 i think is a joke, i freeze approximatively every hour . why you don't fix this probleme , you fixed minor problemes. impossible to play correctly with all frezes.
you must fix the stability of this excelent game, i love Fallout, but i cant play like this, i loose my pleasure to play this game every time have a freeze. take your responsability , and please finish this game soon and fix freezes.

They can't fix freezing issues, it's an engine issue, nothing they can do.

Did you try starting fresh? I "wiped" my ps3 a while ago and just started playing NV today with 1.02 and it worked better then before patch 1.02. Haven't crashed yet only a 1 hour 5 minutes in though so not very accurate info. If i don't have any issues with NV once my save file gets between 7-9mb then I'll be impressed.

Wait they can't fix that?
If they can't then i suggest a recall

My bother has a total of 18hours game-play on fallout new Vegas and yet has he crashed.

Most likely your PS3 causing it.

I have a 360 and have had only a couple crashes in over 300+
But from what i here is for a lot of people for both consoles sometimes it freezes a couple times an hour and if they can't fix that then to me thats a broken product

as long as they keep using this crappy engine youll have freezing, it isnt something they can patch. some have it worse than others and some can put up with it better (i freeze all the time, but the games so good i dont mind much). TESV is probably going to also use it, but id bet good money F4 will get a new one.

Hey there.

We still try to keep the number of duplicate/similar threads on this board to a minimum. http://www.gamesas.com/index.php?/topic/1147839-patch-102-does-it-even-work/ is a perfectly good, already-ongoing thread for providing feedback about the latest patch. Please do go ahead and feel free to talk about this over in that thread.

Thanks!
