Will you be able to play as an Imperial and what clan are they a part of?

No, you cannot play as an imperial.

okay guy, there are 3 factions; The Ebonheart Pact(Nords, Dunmer, and Argonians) The Aldermeri Dominion( Altmer, Bosmer, and Khajiit) and The Daggerfall Covenant( Breton, Orsimer, and Redguard).

Imperials' Empire are under the control of the Daedric Prince Molag Bal(main antagonist). So the Imperials are not going to be a playable race.
