If I didn't have necromage and enchanting I don't know what in oblivion I would do, I need to find out if this is a common issue.

That issue is, conjuring something like a Wrathman, Dremora Lord, etc, it takes 5 times sometimes before I actually get a summon. You haft to click like in the perfect sweet spot for it to spawn like what is the deal?

Get rid of your Atronach Stone or Atronach perk. If you're on xbox you can reset your perks in Dragonborn, I believe. There are mods to fix it on PC. If you're on PS3, you're screwed (again).

You have the Atronach Stone?

Bethesda apparently forgot to tick the appropriate option on the summoning spells. The practice spells Brelyna casts on you, during the mini quest you do for her, have also been left unchecked.

Since you're on a... console, you have to let go of the Atronach Stone and take off Alteration's Atronach perk... for the time being...

I am not on console, thanks everyone I just needed to know what or if it was a issue and what that issue was.
