I would never say it is dumbed down. I would say some things changed and were made simpler and easier to use, but I wouldn't go as far as to say dumbed down. Sure you can't micromanage anymore and that svcks but you can have just as much fun. Or at least I can. I don't give a damn if you can or not. No offense.

The only thing I can agree with is the cities are getting smaller but otherwise I have to disagree
