Basically, I let the guy inside for the silver rush door guard job, and he suicided bombed the place. I did this as I wanted to kill all the silver rush guys.

Hoever, this also destroys all the loot in there, and of course the things they sell.

Are weapons like the recharger guns, the plasma caster, the plasma defender, etc now impossible for me to get? Or are they occasionally available at crimson caravans like a lot of energy weapons are?

Silver Rush are by far the best energy weapon salesmen in the game, so no, you probably won't find the other loot very easily - If at all. You can always try the fiends hideout and hope they found some.
