So I was going through a dungeon, don't remember which one, but every enemy was easily a one hit kill with my bow and one duel wield power attack. However, I went through one door and there was a guy in the distance so I shot him with my arrow and lord behold it only took out a small fraction of his health. I tried so many tactics and ways to kill the Master Vampire but nothing worked, so I had to turn the difficulty to the lowest just to kill it, yes I did turn the difficulty back up after.

Any one else have this issue where everything is either just right or easy but then one thing just raqes you sideways?
