What I love about MMOs is the camaraderie, the community, the people you meet from all over the world and the friends you make. I'm still in touch with a lot of people who I've met in various games years ago.
Beautifully put and spot on.
I've been playing MMOs for about 8 years now and will definitely be checking this one out.
For those on the fence, thinking "Well, I do love the Elder Scrolls world and would love to play this but I'm just not sure I want to hear people telling me how 'l33t' they are and what a 'new player' I am'" please read what Agrona wrote.
Will there be some people who are jerks in the game? Of course. Just as there are at work or school or college.
But they're a very small minority. Not the 'typical' MMO gamer that stereotypes would seem to indicate as being prevalent in online gaming.
Like Agrona, I've found camaraderie, a sense of community, met people from all over the world and made some very good friends.
So if you're unsure, don't be afraid or put off by stereotypes
