They can't be bothered. Their own community managers obviously don't relay any info to them and their own forum is a disaster. They can't be bothered to help out. Some of their egos are too big.

its just their way to try to shut out the "scum" in the forums. unfortunately, there's too much of this "*scum" for them to moderate.


* i used the word "scum" in a sarcastic matter, im actually referring to the legitimately angry customers who bought a faulty product and are lashing out ,on what they think, is the forums that the developers ACTUALLY over see.
