Three characters in Riverwood with the exact same voice?

Post » Fri May 11, 2012 3:47 am

This was something that was horrible in Oblivion, you kept hearing the same voice-actors over and over, it was much better in Fallout 3 and i was expecting the same for Skyrim. I'm not gonna say its not the case here, but i was just talking to some folks in Riverwood(Hod,Alvor,Ralof) and all three have the exact damn voice, exactly the same. Exact same accent, all of it, obviously the same voice actor. I'm not far into the game, all i hope is to hear enough different voice-actors.

Is that the case?

i dare you to find any other game out there with a larger variety of voice actors per model ratio while at the same time not sacraficing large amount of content... voice acting is not cheat at all, especially with the famous voices they hired for skyrim.

I'm pretty sure every guard in the game is Arnold Schwarzenegger. EVERY FREAKING GUARD.

And Skulvar Sable-Hilt has exactly the same voice as Alvor,Hod and Ralof. Sorry to say...but my complaint, it you can call it that is valid. There's nothing wrong with a bit of criticism, i'm loving the game to death but this is kinda sloppy IMO.

I know, it makes me laugh a little. :vaultboy:

Especially the Jarl of Whiterun's brother, he reminds me of Conan The Barbarian.
