Time flies by to quickly....

Well I couldn't be happier with Skyrim, so far. I woke up at 1155pm 11/10/11 when I was supposed to be at gamestop at 1130 to meet up with some of my friends before Skyrim released. My fiance was the one that woke me up. I was surprised she woke me up because all day she was mad at me for going to bed at 4 in the afternoon so that I could play before I go to work at 4am.

Well I got to gamestop in about 5 minutes, after going 90 the entire way...

When I got there though, the line was still two blocks long. Waiting in the cold for my precious, I couldn't of been happier to walk out to my car and behold a Skyrim strategy guide was in the middle of the parking lot...Like someone put it on the top of there car and drove off without realizing it. So I picked it up and left the parking lot...I get home and now it is 12:05 am 11/11/11.

After the years of waiting it was finally time to play, I get out of my car and get inside. My fiance is watching lifetime for women -.-

She refuses to let me play the xbox, she sees how disaapointed I am as I go into the bathroom with the guide. I start reading it while on the john. About two minutes later there is a tap on the door.

"Hunny, you can have the tv and I am going to bed."

In mid crap, I hop up and don't even bother to wipe. I get on the console and start my journey. I make it to the first dungeon and I look at the clock...It's now 3:55am...time to go to work...

So now I sit here at work on the forums, waiting to return to my imaginary adventure!

Just thought I would share

That's weird, even if I were that excited I'd take the time to wipe

Didn't the mere thought on not finishing up ruin the experience lol. I'd obsess about it for sure; but it'd never happen in the first place ofc. :shakehead:
