Found a note written by someone addressed to delvin from the thieves guild.

Delvin,
I have a full score of glass arrows coming in. If you want a piece, I'll sell them to you for my cost. I need to keep the merchandis moving or else that [censored] might catch on to our operation. If you want them, they'll be stashed under the docks in the usual place. I'll check back with you in a week.

Anyone else find this? and is it possible to find these arrows because i have searched under the docks near riften and haven't found them.

Haven't seen this note, but have seen other similar notes and whatever articles they mentioned always were there for me to steal.

When I did the TG questline I found several of these notes. I never found any of the "goods". Though I probably didn't look very hard....

I swam around the docks for a long time looking
