In this interview Mr. Firor stated (03:20) that they are not introducing major new things, but just refining what they have, which is a pretty general statement, but understandable.

What small additions would you like to see to make the game just that much cooler at launch?

For instance, I would like taverns in Tamriel to be interesting social zones where people can have a good time and immerse themselves with fun details like ordering and drinking an ale with cool animations, or maybe playing a game of darts (or some lore friendly minigame).

I like world interactivity, but oh how those bow animations need touching up on. It's understandable that they're not all polished yet, adding first person animations & models was a pretty "heat of the moment" decision for them I think and was implemented shortly before beta so they probably didn't have a lot of time to work on them.

I wish there was an "All of the above" vote option because that's what I want. ;)

Forced to choose, I'd probably vote for smooth, cool, combat animations. The voice acting is already pretty good (what I have heard of it)... and I can tolerate some cheesy voice acting, as infrequent as it will be. MOST of our time will likely be spent in some form of combat, or at least moving around. One of my favorite mods to Skyrim (and yes I realize this is an MMO and cannot be modded and isn't single player) is one that alters the animations to be more fluid and logical, from things like the idle pose while holding a sword to the running pose with a bow equipped.
