I was thinking, we can transfer the PS3 saves to the PC via USB.. Also, we can transfer the options save.. Can we edit it and low the video quality improving the game smoothness? I've already got the file but it's crypted and i don't know how to start, if someone know a good hacker or modder he can do it..

This is so going to get locked man :/ By the way, can't even imagine what the game would look like with even lower graphics. TES:Minecraft.
But I really hope you'll find out how to do it. Just don't ask in these forums because it's not allowed such a thing like modding PS3 files or things like that. At least i think so. Good luck anyway.
