Toilets, Bananas, Children . . .

Post » Sun Feb 03, 2013 5:31 pm

The TES for a long time have asked for many things of their devs. Mods were created to sate the hunger for many of these desires. Toilets, Bananas, and Children were amongst those desires. Do you remember the mod for toilets that let you furnish your home with a gorgeous Daedric toilet? Thankfully Skyrim gave to TES children. But not in a connective sense to the player, just as another NPC that unfortunately drove some to the desire of violence upon them. I would like to be a spear wielding Argonian who is known around Tamriel for his famous Banana Mudcrab Tacos, and Is able to create a child online if I find a suitable mate online. Imagine having a child like the adoring fan. I would slap my child silly if he even considered having that ridiculous hairdo but would still find it engrossing . . . thoughts?

Is the toilet one of those nasty longdrop ones? All I can say is thank god smellovision hasn't been invented yet. That would be one computer card I could do without.

An entire world devoid of children would be weird. I wouldn't want any of my own though. What a terrible childhood they would have what with me out adventuring all the time and leaving them to themselves. I don't really care about toilets but banana mudcrab tacos sounds pretty good tbh.

This is less of a Single-Player game, so I doubt you'd be able to marry NPCs like in Skyrim. Having children also involves... certain other stuff, which would immediatly give ESO a different, more mature rating.

That said, marrying another player isn't out of the question. You can have your own houses, right? Why not marry someone too? I'm pretty sure you can marry any player, regardless of race/gender in Rift, as long as they are on your side. I think that would be a great addition to the game!

Bananas will probably be in some hot place like Elswhere, toilets didn't exist: chamber pots did. Children NPCs will probably be there too, but I highly doubt you can "make" a child.

Ermm...since I don't exactly RP to THAT extent, or at least to the point where I have an online kid with an online wife who I then slap around and turn into the adoring fan to be fus roh dah'ed off of the throat of the world, I really can't comment here...

And seriously, banana's don't belong in taco's, mudcrab ones or not.

Edit: I suppose I agree with everyone else that children wouldn't be bad, but solely for the sake of realism/immersion.

Can I buy some pot from you?

I'm pretty sure he doesn't have any, since I think he's actually being serious...maybe?... :twirl:

Children definately have to be in the game, it adds a lot of realism and depth to the game.

Toilets, meh, they are more trouble than they are worth. It adds very little depth to the game (lol) and it adds one extra room for you to let lost in.
The less rooms in-game houses have, the better. I dont want walk-in closets for clothes either.
