1) Get stuck in the user interface. ESC loops back to menu, can't clear the screen off. Have to exit, lose progress, come back in.
2) Windowed mode won't go borderless, have to significantly downsize resolution so I can see the whole window.
3) Windowed mode "traps" the cursor. Have to alt-tab out. Cursor goes invisible on monitor with Skyrim running on it
