Try the demo if it's still available.

But to me this is a must buy.

Unfortunately, the demo is over so you don't make the same mistake I did and download it! You'll just get a message saying thank you for your interest and a video. I digress, it arrived today for me and this game is worth a purchase if you ask me. It's like COD but a lot more refined and graceful. Lots of fun to be had!

The game is nice, but if you are easily stressed, maybe you should wait for them to fix the multi player, it has lots of problems, many people are stressed over it! I find it quite annoying and find my self yelling "WHAT THE F***, I **** SHOT THAT MOTHER F***** 20 TIMES IN THE FACE" hahahaha, wonder if that is censored...

No split screen online. I would highly reccomend it. If you like to take cover or camp, you won't do well. It seems like COD players are more apt to not like it because it's not exactly the same thing they are used to. SInce it's not supposed to be, and the nanosuit adds a whole other level of strategy, I would rank Crysis 2 #1 in the current lineup of Multiplayer, and other people would too if they fix the lag & loading issues.

I would wait for them to fix it. Its a game with great potential and so much of it is really good but when it goes bad its totally FUBAR. Multiplayer is a lagfest and filled with people mashing melee absolutely miles away from you and getting you half way across the room (theres no lunge, its just the air particles they push towards you travel so fast they kill you. Pffftt)

Singleplayer story is great, graphics are fantastic and the weapons handle nicely but the AI is by far the worst AI that I have ever encountered. The enemies are really awesome but they spend 90% of the time spinning round like those 5 years old kids that play halo and walking continuously into a wall. At one point A guy ran past, climbed INTO the wall as if there was a ledge and climbed out of the roof with another guy!

Needs a serious amount of fixing to really be worth the £40. Im glad Game did the £4.99 trade in Dragon Age 2 offer otherwise I would be pretty angry with it. As it is I am more angry with Bioware for their hunk of junk.

Don't waste $70 on this trash, rent the game, but don't pay full price. The campaign is amazing, the online, is worse than Turok.

Multiplayer is awesome. There is a few small issues, but nothing major.

This game is the love child of COD and Halo. It as all the guns and look of COD. But the energy and movement feels more like Halo.

That sounds surprisingly similar to something i said earlier, but that is a pretty fair assessment. No matter what though, I'm still glad I bought it.

This game is the love child of COD and Halo. It as all the guns and look of COD. But the energy and movement feels more like Halo.

The only thing thats like CoD is the 3 radar kill streak, 5 kill streak and 7 kill streak. Nothing else is like CoD. The guns fire like the Battlefield guns. Its also for more advanced players than Halo by far in that one of the abilities is effectively the energy shield but you have to manually use it and manage your energy with camo, running and jumping. Far more thought and strategy. It certainly would be a great multiplayer if it wasnt for the inconsistent hit detection (probably would work if the connection worked) and as i said the pure lagfest. The connections are awful and it is not anyones internet, I will go on any other game and have a full connection. Also the other thing this game takes from Halo is the dreadful spawn system. I spawned in a game some guy running at me about 2 metres away getting shot by someone else he melees me before I take 1 step and the other guy kills us both. Next life I spawn on top of a grenade. Its Reach all over again.

It needs some major patching. Single Player too. As I said , all the foundations are there for an amazing game but its let down heavily by glaringly obvious issues.

The multiplayer is a spray and pray twitch shooter were people wont even be aiming at you and kill you, the hit detection is actually worse than the beta and the movement is also alot twitchier than the beta.

In essence its the ultimate twitch shooting experience and stealth dominates the game and armour accounts for 3 extra rounds while the guns fire about 10 rounds a second.

Single player is one ofthe best this generation.

Not sure if theyre working on a fix for 360 as I saw in the other forum sections they have been keeping up with the PC version a lot and we've heard nothing. PC even has dedicated servers. Not sure why an EA game doesnt on console as theyre normally on the case in that respect.

Foundations of MP are good but I think I will get my multiplayer FPS fix off Battlefield until I hear something about all the lag, hit detection and balancing issues being fixed.

Also just a warning that there is an achievement called "Dedication" which is to play the game again 6 months after you 1st played. Sort of seems like a bit of desperation to try and get people to not trade this in after a week so they can keep their 1st hand sales up. I dont think we will see a lot of people with max gamerscore on this game haha.

Seriously though, I hope you enjoy it. SP really was a blast when it worked though AI was glitched it was at least hilariously bad most of the time. It was a challenging campaign and the story was engaging so overall in that respect I was happy. MP dont bother playing it until an update.

Yeah i saw that Achievement when i checked through and it made me chuckle....It looks like one where they've got to the end and thought "Hmmm we need another achievement....sod it...if they play in 6 months they can have this G"

Nice one lol! Again thanks for the feedback, will see what MP is like when i get it, but if its as bad as people say i may just go through the SP till patched.
