Anyone else thinks that perks and items give us too much dmg? I think it would be better if they give like 5% or something up to 10 maybe 20, but items like this are srsly too much...

Adding perk dmg to it, its way too much

turn up the difficulty, dont wear it, dont get the perks or dont play the game. and the game gets harder the more you play the mq

Nah, I reckon it's fine as it is. I'm playing on adept and the difficulty is at the sweet spot for me.

My first enchanted item (at a very low Enchanting level with a Petty Soul, granted) was a ring which adds 1% to my Magicka regeneration, and the best random loot I've found is either the Novice Robes of Destruction or the Necromancer's Robes, I can't decide.

Yeah, its fine in my game.
