For Consoles

1.Able to customize and move your own home
2.Able to own a shop where people request you to make them something (black-smithing/alchemy/Fishing/etc)
3.An arena where you can test your might against various people/cratures
4.New sets of smithable light and heavy armor that still fit in skyrims world (nothing crazy just different steel and leather armors).
5.Fishing!

I love the arena idea but were do you think thay'd put it?

I hear there was an arena in a previous ES game, maybe there?
