I've been staring at this Ceremonial door for a while now. The stupid Torc of Labyrinthian in my ingventory is useless it seems. I can't equip it, favorite it, drop it, activate it or any thing else. Hitting E to activate the ceremonial door does nothing. Getting very annoyed with this.

Hmmm. Seems bugged. When you activate the door, the torc "fits" in the relevant area IIRC. You don't equip or use it. The DOOR equips/uses it - removing it from your inventory.

Try reloading to a save prior to entering the Labrynthian cell to see if that joggles something.

Okay, i'm in. I fast traveled out of the area, vented my frustration on a dragon, then fast traveled back, door worked fine.
