That article suggests 4 million copies sold. If they were all sold at the Steam price of ￡34.99 (though they are cheaper if you shop around), thats an estimated revenue of ￡139,960,000. That's a fair chunk of change

Skyrim is proof gamers want epic huge sandbox type games.

I noticed when I started playing yesterday that there were 210,000 gamers online and playing Skyrim; not bad.
