Just posting this real quick because I came across it.

Taking the second rank of Toughness doesn't increase your DT by 3. To the very least, it doesnt for myself.

I have Toughness Rank 1, and the Sub-dermal Implant for a base of 7, it doesn't increase to 10.

Also, so i don't make a new thread. Opening the inventory, and then loading a game, causes Lockpicking/Hacking to show no minigame screen, making it impossible, and forcing you to load.

Also, to not make a new thread. The Hunting Shotgun has massive hangtime after reloading. And this isn't just a CPU thing. It can happen in a closed space with two NPC's. Real pain in the ass.

New post, now, I don't even have toughness anymore, after taking it. Good stuff!
