Tournament Arena (like in Oblivion)

Is there one in Skyrim? I had a lot of fun with it in Oblivion, hope it's in this one :(

I was thinking about this earlier... There isn't one on Skyrim and I was surprised because of it's popularity in Oblivion. I think the arena revamped Skyrim style would be epic :D maybe it would be a DLC in the future. Let's hope so!
