i watched a video on youtube of a guy grabbing loot from ATM's soda machines etc. and he ran through blue line to the main subway town in a circle.

there were people in blue line working on atm's with wrenches and people walking around etc. etc. etc.

but my game ended without blue line ever expanding (the expansion project) completion...

whats this gyp? the game ends in a way you can't go back either =/ aka mutant bash tv, or restarting campaign with current items.... once you accept final quest games over =/

I've never had people down in blue line........

I think there are subway town people working there after you clear out the mutants. There is also a side mission where you can clear out shrouded bandits that are killing off subway town security and workers

You gotta check out the job board in Subway Town.

The blue line expansion is likely going to be dlc you only get to go down there twice before hand once for mutants as main quest an the other to clear out the shrouded from the job board.

Once you kill of the shrouded clan it gets the people back.
