I find myself at level 78 with only 3 more perk points to gain. That said, there are other perks that I would love to get, for example, I have no perks in Pickpocket and am now at level 62. I would like to be able to pick equiped items but that can't happen now and this is low on the priority list for survival, at least for me. I didn't pursue the thieves guild or the dark brotherhood so haven't had a lot of opportunity to pick pockets.

On the other hand I have 97 Dragon Souls that I have no use for and am getting more all of the time. Some vehicle to allow trading say 20 souls for 1 perk point would really make my day. I imagine there are many others who have accumulated a ton of souls with nothing to use them for.
