Does anybody know if they are planning on giving certain players special items or armors or even abilities because they have certain achievements on Fallout 3?

I have all the achievements for Fallout 3 (Including DLC Achievements) and I was wondering if anyone heard of them planning on doing this. I know Gears of War did the linking thing with achievements, and I was hoping Fallout New Vegas would do it.

No plans. They are separate games, there is no carryover.

As Kiralyn mentioned there is absolutely no carryover between Fallout 3 (East Coast of US) and New Vegas (West Coast of US) other than they are both set in the same Game Universe as Fallout 1 (West Coast), Fallout 2 (West Coast), Fallout Tactics (west Central) and Brotherhood of Steel (probably Westish Coast).

No carryover, no bonuses for save files, no achievment linking... Sorry...

I am really starting to hate Mass Effect 2.........


There is no connection between these games other than being named Fallout. They are not sequels, they are not continuations, there is no carry over. The stories or plots have nothing do with each other other than being in the Fallout world.
