Is there is a way I can transfer Boethiahs Ebony armor abilities onto my second pair of thieves guild armor?

That whole black smoke is nice. Would like it on that rustic thieves guild armor. I am doing a Lara Croft rugged adventurer look for my tomb raider/Indiana jones female character.
