After completing "A Walk To Remember" I went back to Misty Grove and was completely stuck with no way out. I had to end up loading a save from hours previous and lost a lot. Not a fun glitch.

Word. I had this happen to me on the Xbox 360 too. If you walk back into the Misty Grove portal - you're stuck.

The portal stays there even after the quest is completed, and it even goes (invisibly) through the floor, preventing you from walking up to a treasure chest in a hallway below - and the dead person I killed in the corner before the portal was there. Luckily I have autosaves for every 5 minutes on menu and autosaves on rest/wait/location entrances... so I didn't have to load back too far.
