Today I decided to finally upgrade to the latest Convenient Horses after using the same version since I started my playthrough at the end of June. Never worked perfectly anyway, 'cause the armor always turned my horse invisible! Anyway, like I said, today I took this lull in adventuring as an opportunity to upgrade. Trouble is, even though I went by the instructions by:

1. Turning off the mod using the console

2. Making a new save

3. Deleting the mod from NMM

4. Installing and activating the update

Upon booting up the game from the new save I'm getting absolutely nothing. No Convenient Horses power, no horn available at the Whiterun stables, nothing! I checked and the mod is showing up as activated on everything. I used BOSS. I even cleaned the mod 'cause BOSS said it was dirty, and still nothing! Oddly, I experimented by going back to the save I made just before upgrading and it works perfectly! My horse even wears his armor without turning invisible! Anyone got any clues as to what's up? Should I simply ignore the instructions and play from my old save where it seems to work perfectly?
