I've been trying for ages to hire her by having the fist fight with her. Trouble is when I don't knock her into next week and she does kneel and says she submits she gets right back up again and tries to kill me! I've also noticed something else odd. Rather than a straight fist fight she ends up drawing her sword every time without fail! Is this supposed to happen, or is it a bug? I've looked on vids and I've seen that other people get the same trouble of her drawing her sword and trying to kill them. I just can't win the fist fight without being forced to knock her out!

Do you have the ebony mail on, or a follower?

Sounds like a bug. did you keep beating her up after she dropped a knee? if you keep hitting her and get a bounty? I accidently did that once. And she isn't suppose to draw a sword. you using any mods that modify her?
