hello i just start the game yesterday and i currently doing the companions quests until i got this quest "troubles in skyrim" from farkas he wants me to clear the silent moon camp but when i get there there no one there so i cannot complete the quests how can i solve this?

Have you cleared it out before? You may need to wait till the bandits re-spawn.
