PC player here, and I'm about to download a mod that adds enchantable arrows to the game, however someone said Dawnguard will add enchantable arrows to the game, and im curious if this is true.

only enchanted crossbow bolts, not enchanted arrows

you can also get two special types of elven arrows that can only be used with a special bow you get in the DLC but yet again they have specific efects and you cannot enchant them you get 2 other ppl to do it for you

They're not technically enchanted crossbow bolts. You can't enchant them yourself...

But they do explode when you fire them, so I suppose that's good enough.

can you explain a little about this?
