Trying to resurrect Ogol follower?

Hi, I tried to find the blacksmith Ogol in Largashbur, but it seems he's already been killed during one of the giant attacks or something. I didn't think future followers could die, thought they would go prone and then join the fight, just like if they're with me. But Ogol's neither in the orc longhouse nor in the smithy, can't find him. So I tried to spawn him on the spot in Largashbur by writing in the console, resurrect <00019E22>, which was supposed to be his code according to UESPwiki. Didn't work, so I tried:

resurrect <00019E23>
prid <00019E22> or <00019E23>

as well as both resurrect and prid plus the codes, but without the quotation marks. Still can't make him appear.
How can I spawn Ogol? I really want to use him. I'd be glad if someone could help with the proper console coding.

EDIT: I tried to move to him, wrote "player.moveto 00019e23", and got transported next to a birch outside Largashbur, where I fought a dragon before. It seems he fell there, but his body's gone. Really hope I can spawn him anyway, with some help.

Bump - Doesn't anyone know how to spawn a character as an object? Can I spawn Ogol somehow, so that I can use him?

placeatme 00019E22

Try that. It should spawn a new instance of him.

Tried it while in Markarth, the command seemed to be accepted since the console didn't say anything after I pressed "return", but Ogol didn't spawn. Nothing happened. Do I need to write something before I write "placeme", like some sort of "unlock game restrictions" or something?
