I dont know how to use tumblr so how do i ask tumblr ?

There you go. Take a look at the links on the right side. It shouldn't have been too hard to Google this.

1. Go to http://www.tumblr.com/

2. Sign up

3. Head to http://www.tumblr.com/dashboard

4. Look at the helpfully-labelled icons at the top. Click 'text' if you want to post text, 'photo' if you want to post a photo, 'video' if you want to post a Youtube link, etc.

5. Fill in the blanks to create your content.

6. Hit 'publish'.

My favourite tumblogs are simply collections of things that the poster finds interesting. My own is everything from links to science news articles to funny pictures of cats. Your own should be whatever interests you.
