I got evidence that Keith is selling drugs and cheating at cards at the refugee facility at AeroTech and am told to report to the NCR officer there. But when I talk to him, I don't get the option to tell him. Instead he asks me about some missing refugees I am also investigating for him (which I haven't done yet). Anyone run into this?
